Student-athletes in 6th-9th grade (4th-5th with coach permission) can tryout for the boys and girls basketball teams, which compete during the Winter Season. Games and practices typically run from November through February. Our basketball program is overseen by our beloved AC coaches in addition to licensed staff from our preferred partner, who possess substantial college and international experience.

Practices will be held every Monday through Thursday from 3:30-5:00pm in the upper and lower gymnasiums (depending on team). While formal practices are not typically held on game days, student-athletes are expected to remain on campus for pre-game activities that include study hall, strategy sessions, and "walk-thrus" with teammates and coaches.

Tryouts for the 2018-2019 school year are tentatively scheduled for the week November 5th. All student-athletes are required to have a sports physical on record with the athletics department prior to participation.

Uniforms are provided for all teams; practice shirts as well if fundraising goals are exceeded. Players will be expected to provide practice shorts and appropriate footwear. There is no cost for participating but families will be charged a volunteer buyout fee if they do not register for responsibility such as scorekeeping and concessions / admissions as the season dictates.

2018-2019 schedules have been published and will be updated as final matches are confirmed.
